Somedays, you just need a little encouragement, a reminder…
to get you through that racket in your head that says you don’t have what it takes, you can’t go on, your dreams are just useless images.
How would you react if in your saddened state, your wreck of a situation, your deepest sigh, that someone would hold you close, touch your hand and say,
I believe in you…
You might disbelieve for just a second, but I think you’d smile and feel better. Maybe, just maybe, you’d let the person’s words echo through your mind and make its way to your heart. You might breathe a little easier.
Words are powerful. Share some inspirational, caring and loving words,
even if you must say them to yourself.
“Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.”
Gail Devers

Thank you, Mona. Just what I needed today as I painfully plow my way through the draft of a novel for teenagers. Thank you!

We work in such isolation when writing that often we don’t hear the words.
You keep writing-I really liked your first book, TRAPPED IN PARIS, so I know this will be great too.
